spring break only counts if you're a student

so that means, i'm basically on an unpaid vacation. i think i'll have to deal with that as best i can. and the best i can deal with it is to spend it with carla, go visit a couple breweries, finish final fantasy 7 again, get farther on gt2, and fix some shit up in the quad. so it looks to be an excellent week on the whole. last night's end of the term party was pretty off the hook. it was fantastic. the gf almost beat me in beer pong, but jeremy and i managed to squeak out a win.
speaking of beer pong (which is the best drinking game on the face of the planet), we are planning on building a new table for the game. right now we have a 4x8 plywood with painting and a nice finish. bruce built it for us a couple years ago. v2.0 is looking to have several upgrades: maybe collapsable, maybe metal edges to protect the wood from peeling or being nicked, also sometime of support frame to keep the wood from warping and maybe a better way to hold the divider pole. so many things to do! but you also have to keep it simplistic to appeal to the zen nature of the beer pong game. the mighty gods of beer pong karma do not approve of hubris.
